2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of tourism services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website [www.zeyvonatravel.com] or other remote communication tools (telephone, WhatsApp, email, etc.) in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


3. Main Features of the Service

  • The type, scope, price, payment method, place, and date of performance of the purchased service are stated in the order confirmation and in this agreement.
  • Examples:
  • Cappadocia Balloon Tour – 23.09.2025 / 05:00 AM / 2 persons
  • Antalya – Cappadocia Transfer – 25.09.2025 / 10:00 AM / 4 persons

4. Payment Terms

  • The Buyer shall pay the service fee through one of the payment methods offered by the Seller (credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • The reservation shall only be confirmed once the full payment has been received.
  • After the payment is confirmed, the reservation details will be sent to the Buyer electronically.

5. Performance of the Service

  • The service will be provided on the date and at the place specified in the reservation.
  • The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the service is delivered safely, on time, and completely.
  • The Buyer is obliged to be present at the specified location and time for the service.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions

  • According to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts related to accommodation, transportation, catering, leisure, or recreational activities.
  • However, Zeyvona Travel applies the following special cancellation and refund conditions in favor of customer satisfaction:

6.1 Balloon Tour

  • If canceled at least 24 hours before the flight, the full amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before.
  • If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled to another date upon the customer’s request.

6.2 Transfer Service

  • If canceled at least 24 hours before the transfer time, the full amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before.

6.3 Other Tours

  • If canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, the full amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before.

7. Force Majeure

The parties shall not be held liable in case of force majeure such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, official bans, unforeseen technical failures, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, the service will be rescheduled or the payment will be refunded.


8. Information and Acknowledgment

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement electronically, received the preliminary information form regarding the service, and made the payment accordingly.


9. Settlement of Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized.


10. Enforcement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon confirming the order. This agreement has been drawn up electronically and accepted by both parties.

Buyer (Consumer)

A Distance Sales Agreement is an official document that regulates the rights and obligations of the customer and Zeyvona Travel for services (such as tours, transfers, balloon flights) purchased through remote communication tools such as the internet, phone, or email.

You can cancel your reservation by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive written confirmation. Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the type of service (balloon tour, transfer, other tours).

If canceled at least 24 hours before the flight, the full amount will be refunded.

No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before.

If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the full amount will be refunded, or the reservation will be rescheduled to another date upon the customer’s request.

If canceled at least 24 hours before the transfer time, the full amount will be refunded.

No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before.

If canceled at least 24 hours before the start of the tour, the full amount will be refunded.

No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours before.

For safety reasons, if the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, Zeyvona Travel will refund the full amount or reschedule the reservation to another date upon the customer’s request.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, or our secure online payment system. Reservations are confirmed once full payment is received.

If your cancellation request complies with the cancellation conditions, the refund will be processed via the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.

According to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, tourism services (accommodation, transportation, leisure, etc.) are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Zeyvona Travel applies its own cancellation and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

We recommend contacting us first. If the dispute cannot be resolved, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence are authorized.
