4. Booking & Payment Policy

• Reservations can be made via the website, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or authorized partners.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, and other secure online payment systems.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 7+ days before service date: Full refund (minus transaction or payment processing fees)
• 3–6 days before service date: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before service: Non-refundable

Weather-Dependent Activities (e.g., Hot Air Balloon Flights):

If an activity is canceled by the operator due to safety or weather conditions, customers will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule to an alternative date or service

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking details (names, ages, flight information, etc.)
• Being ready at the confirmed pick-up time and location
• Carrying valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance if required)
• Informing Zeyvona Travel in advance of any health conditions or mobility limitations

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Zeyvona Travel Agency and Xfergo LLC are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, traffic issues, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
• Certain activities (hot air ballooning, ATV/Jeep tours, adventure activities) involve inherent risks. Guests acknowledge and accept these risks and are advised to have personal travel insurance.
• Liability is limited to the total cost of the booked service.
