Refund and Return Policy – Zeyvona Travel

At Zeyvona Travel, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible travel experience. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or modifications may be granted. By booking with us, you agree to the following conditions:

1. General Terms

All bookings made through Zeyvona Travel are subject to availability and confirmation.
Refunds and returns are processed according to the type of service purchased (tours, transfers, balloon flights, packages, etc.).
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

Daily Tours & Transfers:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.
Hot Air Balloon Flights:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the flight are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Packages & Private Tours:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Remaining payments may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the start date.

3. Cancellations by Zeyvona Travel

If a service is canceled by Zeyvona Travel due to weather conditions (e.g., hot air balloon flights), safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered:

A full refund, or
An alternative date/service of equal value.

4. No-Shows

If a customer fails to show up at the agreed pick-up point/time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.

5. Changes and Modifications

Customers may request to reschedule or modify their booking (subject to availability).
Any price differences due to changes (e.g., date, group size, or season) will be charged to the customer.
