This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, or modifications may be granted. By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. General Terms
- All reservations made through zeyvonatravel.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Refund and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service purchased (tours, transfers, hot air balloon flights, private services, or tour packages).
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Online bookings and payments are processed securely via Stripe by Xfergo LLC, which operates the website and manages online payment transactions.
- Travel services are provided by EMK Seyahat Acentası Turizm Ltd. Şti., a licensed Turkish travel agency and official TÜRSAB member.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
Daily Tours & Airport Transfers
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service time are non-refundable.
Hot Air Balloon Flights
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled flight time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the flight time are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Tour Packages & Private Tours
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balances are refundable only if the cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days before the tour start date.
3. Cancellations by Zeyvona Travel
If a service is canceled by Zeyvona Travel or its operational partners due to:
- Weather conditions (especially for hot air balloon flights),
- Safety or regulatory restrictions,
- Operational, technical, or force majeure reasons,
customers will be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date or equivalent service of equal value.
4. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location or meeting point at the agreed date and time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Changes & Modifications
- Customers may request changes to their reservations (date, time, group size, or service type), subject to availability.
- Any price difference resulting from modifications (seasonal pricing, upgrades, or group size changes) will be charged to the customer.
- Modification requests should be submitted as early as possible to ensure availability.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Payment processing fees, transaction charges, or bank fees (if applicable) may be deducted and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
- Payments are processed via Stripe by Xfergo LLC, which is responsible for handling online payment transactions and refund processing on behalf of Zeyvona Travel.
